# Brand My Bike marketplace terms

Brand My Bike is a business-only marketplace for physical advertising placements on verified bikes, operated by **Ilhan Pektas, trading as GI MGMT**, Waidmannstraße 1, 60596 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

The Rider is the provider and Stripe merchant for the advertising service; the successful business Sponsor is the customer. Brand My Bike operates the technical marketplace and receives a 10% platform fee from Sponsor Direct Charges, but is not an escrow provider or party to the Rider–Sponsor advertising contract.

Each new Rider Listing requires a one-off 10 EUR or 10 USD publication fee. It is a final price with no subscription or renewal. Editing or resubmitting the same Listing after requested changes does not trigger a second fee. A final platform rejection before publication triggers a full refund; a change request or voluntary withdrawal does not.

A valid bid requires a 20% deposit of at least 25 units in the auction currency. Outbid deposits are refunded and winning deposits count towards the Placement price. Funding Listings proceed only if paid winning principal reaches the verified bike goal. Physical Placements run for exactly 365 days after approved installation. No particular distance, audience, impressions, clicks, sales or return is guaranteed.
